Equipment Specifications

Two sheeters
1. Maximum finished sheet 108" x 64"
2. Maximum finished sheet 80" x 144"

One rewinder
Maximum width 80", 60" rewind, 100" rewind
Shear and Score cut
3" is the narrowest ribbon

 

One Trimmer
Minimum of just 1/8" and sheet lengths up to 88". Sheets may also be modified with corner cuts.

 

Two Headsaw
20” to 70” circles available

One scoring unit
Can score sheets up to 80” in width

One core saw
We recycle core for many customers. 2” to 20” cores and can cut down to ¼”width.

One sheet feed die cutter
Able to punch out various sizes and designs on sheets.
